Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Beauty Spot! Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled last minute, it is often impossible to fill that time. To be fair to all clients and providers, the following policies apply to every appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling * We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved services. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services. * If you choose to remove or decline any service after your appointment has begun, those services will be charged 100%, as that time was reserved specifically for you. * If we are able to refill your appointment with services of equal or greater value, your cancellation fee will be refunded. Repeated Rescheduling Clients who reschedule the same appointment more than two times will be required to prepay future appointments. That prepayment is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled again. Saturday Appointments Because Saturday appointments are our most requested appointments, after one Saturday cancellation, all future Saturday appointments will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled. Arriving Late Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a no-show if there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled service. How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must: * Text or call 440-252-2829 * Leave a voicemail if we are unavailable. Please do not reply to appointment reminder texts, as they are automated and we do not receive those replies. Email is not an accepted method of canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Card on File A valid, active, and unlocked credit card is required to reserve all appointments. If a cancellation fee cannot be processed because the card is locked, expired, declined, or otherwise cannot be charged, your account may be placed on hold until the balance is paid and a valid card is added before future appointments can be scheduled. Additional Policies * Service times include consultation, preparation, treatment, and sanitation. * Results vary from person to person. * All sales are final. No refunds. * One Spa Buck may be redeemed per service. * Gift cards expire two years from the purchase date.
