By appointment only Same day cancelations are considered no shows. After 1 no show, if you’d like to reschedule, you will be required to pay a non refundable fee of 50.00 to schedule or your appt will be canceled. No show-no call- will result in a 50.00 no show fee also resulting in 50.00 non refundable future booking fee. Future booking fee will go towards your service cost. You will not lose it if you show up. 3 no shows will result in removal from future bookings. No show on gift cards result in loss of gift card. Saturday cancelations- if you are canceling a Saturday, any future Saturday appts will require a 50.00 non refundable deposit to book. This will be used towards that appointment. Calls may not be answered until next business day. Saturday, Sunday calls will be returned on Monday. Groupon no shows lose their Groupon. All sales are final. No refunds. Spa bucks cannot be used for fillers botox or microneedling. Only one spa buck use per service. *Service time includes prep and sanitizing times. Cancellation Policy
50% of your service will be charged in the event of canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
A 50% fee of service will be charged in the event of a no show.
Any late arrivals, depending on your service, may require a no show fee and the need to reschedule.
Micro-needling clients.
48 hour cancelation required.
Less than 48 hours will require a 100.00 cancelation/no show fee.
Continuing to schedule/cancel/reschedule, will be banned from booking.
If you cannot cancel your appointment on line, this means you are not in the required time to cancel and you must call to cancel and fees processed immediately.
Fees must be paid to book future appointments.
Fees will not go towards next appointment.
